Payment & Shipping
Policies
1. When I
receive your contact form with your questions and/or order, I
will email you with totals for shipping, insurance (if desired),
and sales tax (if sold in Texas). I will also notify you
at this point if any of the ordered items are out of stock.
2. All items are
shipped Priority Mail. Packages are usually
mailed the next business day for in stock items -- if you have
used your Paypal account for payment. As stated in the
"Custom Products" section, if an item is sold out, a custom
order may be placed. Please be as specific as you wish on
the contact form, so I may include your preferences when
creating the item for you. This is where communication is
the key to your satisfaction. You can even mail me photos
of your preferences (the more, the better!) Ask as many
questions as you need.
3. If for any
reason the chosen custom design elements cannot be combined
properly (due to materials, etc.), I will contact you to give
you an update and give you the chance to revise the design.
I will offer suggestions if I think alternatives will work as
well. Your satisfaction is important to me. If I
have started working on your custom order, no refunds nor
cancellations for the job will be processed.
4. I will try to
give you an accurate estimate of a custom order "turnaround"
time so you will know when to expect the item(s). My
policy is to work on all orders, whether they are internet sales
or local customers, as they are received (first come, first
served basis). This is the only fair way to schedule and
process jobs in my workroom.
5. Payment will
be accepted in any of these ways:

1) Your Paypal account.
If you use your paypal account, choose the "Send Money" option
in your account and enter my email address (betsy@betsysneedlesandpins.com). Payments
this way are secure and efficient.
2) Standard mail
with a money order or personal check. Once your
check has cleared the bank, the item will be shipped to
you. Obviously, the Paypal procedure is faster, and
you will receive your order sooner as well. |
6. If the order
is to be shipped to an international address, additional time
may be required for shipping fees and totals prior to payment.
7. If a shipment
is returned to me because the address is undeliverable, you will
be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct
address. I will contact you to obtain the correct address
and approval of the extra shipping fees.
8. If you wish
to cancel an order, email me or call me as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, the in-stock order cannot be
cancelled. |
